Okay, okay. We’re just joking about the donation dodging. The truth is, the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays give us all the opportunity to reflect on how blessed we truly are and find ways that we might be able to give back. To take a line from the traditional wedding vows, whether you are rich or poor...healthy or not...in good times and bad, we all can find something we can be thankful for and offer a little of ourselves to others.

But you might be thinking, I'm blessed, but stressed. Unfortunately, the hustle and bustle of the holidays often increases the tension in our already stressful lives. That's when we all can get a little Hum Buggish.

The Donation Dodging video pokes a little fun at the Scrooge in all of us, while hopefully reminding us that we have the opportunity to make a difference in the world around us. Oh, and don’t think we’re just talking about money!



Your time, physical energy, personal encouragement, or even the gift of gratitude can often times mean more than a financial contribution. From the poet Maya Angelou...
